Damages & Backorder Policy

All door slabs, clearance and discontinued items are NOT RETURNABLE. Impressa Doors must be notified IMMEDIATELY of any damages upon delivery and the damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork. Impressa doors reserves the right to reject any claim deemed unlikely to occur. Sending merchandise does not constitute a commitment from Impressa Doors to refund any purchase amount. Returns must still comply with this damage and return policy. All restocking and fees associated with the return will be deducted from any credit issued. This warranty does NOT cover the cost of shipping on either end.

Impressa Doors shall not under any circumstances be held responsible for any damages whatsoever arising from the improper use, incorrect installation and/or manufacturing defect of the merchandise sold, the cost of installation, repainting, refinishing or any labor associated or related to the replacement item.

Orders will typically ship 24-48 hours after order is finalized. Backorders are always a possibility, in the event that a backorder does occur, the customer will have the option to cancel, wait for the material to come back in stock and ship with a future order, or pay separate shipping for the backordered item(s).  

What steps should you take in the event a slab comes in damaged?

1.   Note on delivery paperwork that there is damage.

2.   Notify Impressa Doors as soon as possible. Please provide photographs of the damage.

3.   If you did not take the material, you will need to let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund.
